Abstract
RI Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Servicesstipulates that every public service provider is obliged tocarry out an evaluation of the performance of public service implementers. One ofThis form of evaluation is realized through the implementation of a Satisfaction SurveyCommunity (SKM) as regulated in PermenpanRB Number 14 Year2017. The Central Statistics Agency (BPS), as one of the service providerspublic who provide statistical data and information, always try toprovide excellent service to consumers. BPS has organizedSKM regularly every year which is integrated into the Data Needs Survey(SKD). This survey is not only aimed at obtaining perceptions of satisfactionconsumers towards BPS data services, also aims to identifydata needs and consumer satisfaction perceptions of data qualitygenerated by BPS.
